I seriously develop a little obsession for grandmother’s trousers, haha who would have thought about it? It’s good that at least they are mine now and I can wear them whenever I wish.
This little obsession made me think about my childhood when the fancy flared jeans appeared, and once I got them, I did not detach myself for a while. Good old times … at that age, we didn’t bother too much, to have different outfits every single day, it was so easy to just throw on ourselves what was on the front line, to go faster to play and we were even able to wear those favourite trendy jeans until they broke. At least, so I was, for a while until I realised how things really are when it comes to clothing and looks.
Now, not that I would wear my grandmother’s ex-trousers every day, I wore only 3 times since I confiscated them and every time I made a blog post in which I showed them.
In addition, I have the impression that of all my pairs of white jeans or white pants I have, they are the most perfect ones and go with anything.
So, a few days ago, I decided to make a small tour of the shops, see what I find interesting and maybe even renew a bit my little closet. Probably knowing it would be the last day in Cyprus, when it is acceptable and still breathable with long pants ( so, sadly, they will not be introduced for some time in any post) I chose them.
As another little new obsession in development, namely the yellow colour, which until now I didn’t fancy and worn too much, this time, I have worn the pants, with a top in an orange-yellowish hue.
I chose a pair of black lace-up espadrille sandals and voilà! I was ready to go hunt the shops!
Here is how it looks!
